August07 Andrew Cunnell went off by train to Hamburg for the age group world championships, having qualified at Wakefield triathlon in June 07.

APRIL 2007 Helen Russell was third at the Hereford Duathlon. Only a minute between her and the winner. Both of her run splits were minutes faster than the winner's times so a bit of work on the bike this season will see her winning some races before very long.

Snowdonia Marathon One of the hardest marathons possible in the UK, the winning time being around 2h 40. Peter Mulligan finished in the brilliant time of 3h 09 and was 28th overall.
