SWAN POOL open water SWIMMING WILL START AGAIN APPROX. MAY 09 New rules will apply - make sure you are on the list of swimmers before you turn up - phone Andy - 0121 444 6968 or email Wetsuits compulsory. The course for swimming is marked out by bouys which give a lap of around 800m. Club members wanting to swim must have satisfied our coach that they can swim 800m in the pool comfortably without stopping. |

Triathlon World Champs 2009 Will be held in Australia so being so far away it might be slightly easier to qualify for age group team places but then again it is a very long way to travel Slightly closer to home the duathlon world champs 2009 are in April in Budapest. . |
